Multi-Omics
We are performing multi-omic studies where we combine data sets of multiple "omes" such as the genome, epigenome, proteome, and transcriptome in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the biological interactions that contribute to kidney health. Mendellian Randomization
We are currently conducting studies looking into various genes that have a significant association to kidney health exposures. This will allow us to assess causality in kidney health outcomes. |
